1.  Please sit down and get out your Chapter 7 vocabulary
2.  We will take the Vocabulary test--if your vocabulary is 100% complete, you may use it on the test.
3.  Turn it in on my desk when you finish and then get out your note packet--we will finish it today.
4.  Once we finish, you will work on Chapter 7 Review
5.  Chapter 7 Test on Friday!!

1.  Please grab a source of immigration Sheet off the desk next to my desk.
2.  You will also need 2 sheets of computer paper
3.  You are going to be making bar graphs identifying the main sources of immigration from the years 1861-1890
4.  After we finish making the bar graph, you will have a part 2 to the project where you must answer 7 questions relating to immigrating.

-Describe the journey immigrants endured and their experiences at United States immigration stations
-Examine the causes & effects of the nativists' anti-immigrant sentiments

1.  Get a copy of the Chapter 7 Notes and begin discussing Immigration

2.  Grab a book from the back, we will have some time to work on Chapter 7 Vocabulary.

3.  Signed Syllabus is due tomorrow---if you have it today I will take them up when class begins.
